Description
We completely disassemble each dash assembly, inspect each component, before reconditioning. All gauges are
cleaned, bench tested and calibrated. Dash regulators are bench tested and calibrated. Speedometers are cleaned
and lubricated then tested. Odometers are reset to zero miles. Sub-assemblies are cleaned and repainted to original
colors. After all gauges have been tested and calibrated they are installed into each sub-assembly. New foam is
installed where necessary, to insure dash light transfer. When necessary a reproduction bezel and flexible circuit
is installed. Bulb holders are cleaned, bulbs installed using conductive lube to ensure good conductivity. The
completed dash cluster is then final load tested, to factory specifications, using a standard vehicle harness connector.
The cluster is ready to install in your vehicle.
